I think you have a distorted idea of respect.
You are confusing respect with suitability to lead Blacks. I respect all people but I do not think that all people are suitable to do many things. You might be well intended otherwise, but the level of insensitivity you have displayed so far is very typical of light-skinned ones who have feelings of privileged entitlements.
Try to respond to this question directly, and if you want you can ask I a similar question.
