If you took the time to read responses you would see that this was mentioned before. The sister did present the story for comments. You are running wild with just basic assumptions and defensiveness.
In my first response after introducing the topic I said:
"Having worked there for a while….."
and
"They did not have any public discussions (at least for the years I was there) on racism."

You responded with:
A. Perhaps this infomration should have been placed with the original post. None of this was mentioned. He was just stated to be white and unfit for leadership. Also, is he unfit for leadership or is the main issue that he is "too white-like?" There is incompetent and then there is just not liked.
B. You make a good point about the idiosynchrasies of black issues w/in the Diaspora. After reading these posts, I've decided to study it more in depth and devote an issue of my newsletter to it.
C. I will gather information on the hue issue in Carribean countries, but I'm surprised that the confusion among non-white people could be worse there than it is here. It is bad in he USA, but you guys are operating like we did back in the 1940's/50's.
D. Willie Lynch is not meant to hinder, but it does apply. If there is that much fixation on hue, it is evident that the Anglo gov't has been successful in creating the 3rd race. I thought the USA was bad, but perhaps it is worse elsewhere.
