Too many people are brainwashed.

I did some research and read the article in detail. This individual is not white. It is evident that this man is not Anglo. Mixed, like most people of the Diaspora, but not white.

This brings me to another point. Why do white people always get excited when they see white people involved in predominantly non-white activities? The same ones who quote the "War Speech" froth at the mouth like rabid dogs over any white person seen in a pre-dominantly black role/organization. These white people are not as colorblind as they claim.

Throughout history, white people have been involved in black movements. From MOVE to Nation of Gods and Earths. The black people involved in these movements never really cared because these people were committed to the cause. In this day and age we have bi-polar white people speaking out of both sides of their mouths. One minute, Jah doesn't deal with color and the next you are touting some white person for being conspicuously white and involved in a pre-dominantly non-white movement. This is only a big deal in your own color-conscious mind. Elvis is dead! And the BeAtles didn't invent rock and roll.

If white people were really not conscious of the skin color differences, no one would care when things like this occur. This, most times is not the case. This reveals a lot about our character when it comes to "race" relations.

And to reiterate, this gentleman is not white. He's "yella" or a "red-bone." I don't know everyone else calls light complected black people, but that's how they are referred to where I'm from.

Black people are so caught up in a pitiful attempt to justify their blackness that they divide- like Willie Lych suggested- along the lines of hue. This is ignorance and immaturity. Black movements will be unproductive until so-called black people stop think in color terms like their former oppressors. All of these black people that isolate the lighter people are just as much "devils" as white supremacist. That is why you are so unproductive. Your minds are small and you are infantile in your fight for freedom.

All of you low-minded members of the Black Diaspora who segregate according to Black hues are not revolutionaries, you are kids trying to form a mutual admiration club that is the equivalent of social masturbation. Real revolutionaries (Malcolm X, Winston Rodney, Che) knew where the real problems lay and dealt with the issues that brought about you change. You skin-fixated, so-called revolutionaries wouldn't know how to achieve liberation because you are consumed with stupid children's game that allow you to stroke your perverted, wounded egos and low self-esteem. Racism is a real problem, but so is the small mindedness of Black people who can't make the metaphysical jump to overcome the psychological effects of racism and discrimination. Get out of the sandbox and do something for self. Stop crying like upset babies always wanting your white parents (yes, you still look to them for approval and help) to pay attention to you and help you.

Again, if we all really had a true Afrikan consciousness, white people wouldn't be so ejaculatory when they see other white people and black people wouldn't be so hung up on the different hues of people.
