If it is a character and integrity why don't you talk about why Dr. Tafari is lacking in character and integrity? You've said nothing about his character. You've only said that he is white. You say that as if to insinuate that he incompetent and lacking in character because he is "white." That, my friend, is colourism. You are perpetrating colorism.
If the man is incompetent, tell me in what ways. All you keep saying is that I'm not from Barbados, I'm too white-like to understand. Tell me what Dr. Tafari's character issues are. You can't do it, because you are fixated on his hue. Say what you want, but if can only point to his hue as his incompetence, you are perpetrating colourism.
As far as me commenting on a subject that I don't understand, why do you and other administrators comment about the political situation in the USA? You don't live here, you don't pay taxes here, you don't understand all of the dynamics and nuances of the USA culture. Why do I see all of this posting about the US and its policies when you don't even live here? If you can comment on USA, I can comment on Barbados. Plain and simple.
