How did books, ANY BOOKS/SCRIPTS/WRITS help or benefit indigenous/afrikan anywhere on the planet?

I can argue that they have indeed hurted InI because they caused us to focus on the books and their alleged source (inspired/favored/chosen writers) instead of overstanding the fact that "Gods word" is written in ALL creation.
This applies to any book, be it Kemet, Ethiopian, Hebraic or otherwise.
