I have been noticing your reasonings but have not commented on them until now. It seems that you want to resist/deny the fact that European involvent in the affairs of Afrikan people has been very destructive to Afrikan people.

Baba Marcus is stating a truth that ALL people should be allowed to grow and develop their culture and ideas without the interference of outsiders. I do think that Baba Marcus is qualified to speak on the changes in the Rastafari movement due to the fact that he was there during the foundational period of Rastafari. You are a newcomer compared to the time Baba has put in as a soldier for Rastafari.

So, it is best that you be humble and try to learn from him instead of trying to be wise in your own eyes.

Sista Judah spoke about Afrikan colonialism and made the statement:

Then you ask:

"Who is... 'their' ?
Who are they- specifically?
What are their numbers?"

I think it is quite obvious who "they" are. THEY are the ones who want to exploit Afrika and Afrikan people.

THEIR was put in quotation marks to show that it is not really theirs.

I dont think you are that dense and know who "they" are. If you had followed the reasoning, they you would see that she was talking about Europeans. She actually mentioned Portuguese in the post you responded to.

I think that you want to be antagonistic just for the sake of it.

Do you think that white supremacy is real or just propaganda?

If you think it is real, why do you seem to still want to deny the destruction they have caused and still cause while sticking their noses in the affairs of others, specifically Afrikan people?

If you accept this fact, why is it a stretch to see that they would also be detrimental to Rastafari people, which is an Afrikan affair?

But maybe you think white supremacy/imperialism is just propaganda.

Just to be clear and incase you want to point it out to me, Europeans are not the only ones exploiting Afrika. You have China and Arab as well.

But for the sake of the reasonings on this thread, the focus is european and their interference in everyones culture.
