So, would it be fair to say that A rastafari man or wombman is one who has positive spiritual qualities and acts in a way that brings justice to injustice.
So those who may do the actions that are deemed 'positive' but yet dont have kindness of heart could be just 'Do Gooders',right?

There has been nuff European 'do gooders'creating problems coz they dont overstand the internal heights of equality ie.feel whole.They have feelings of 'less than',and outwardly reverse project this and so play out they are 'greater than',while still trying to delude themselves as 'spiritually riteous' so end up being condescending and patronising to those they are engaging with.

I could be on my 'death' bed and it dont really matter how much 'do gooding' I have done,I am ALONE now and if there is any resentment,anger,bitterness or depression in I then I have to answer to it.This is the cause of destructive actions to I- the EMOTIONAL state, internally.
The heart is weighed in the end,in the judgement time,to me.The heart is in every man,and so any man could be miserable in heart.Do you really think that if we all had what we wanted materially that we would really be fulfilled in our hearts?The journey of Life,internally(Which is spirit to I)doesnt change,what say you on this?
I am not saying man should have no desire for bread because he only is dealing with the spiritual bread.No.Seems more like a combination.Heart and social conscience.What do you think?

Hearts are not made warm by the blanket you offer a man to keep his body warm.It is the love,humility and respect that the action is done in that warms the heart.It is the energy.The E motions,the Energy-motions.
Rastafari livity seems to deal greatly with that.The heart,and actions follow.Seek god and all things shall be added unto thee.

How can white people do more than offer and do what Black people ask of them?Theyre not qualified,yes?If its repairations then thats labour or money or some kind of exchange,is it not?Thats all whites can do,yes?
