Yes in Venezuela we have different classes of people, now days it's actually rich or poor, hardly any midle class. But you have whites that are poor and blacks that are rich. Look at our president now, he is of mixed Indian and African roots, but he is neither he is a Venezuelan. Ok Whites do have most of the money and used to have all the power, but there (Venezuela) poverty has no color. 80% of the country is poor, but only 10% of the country is 100% black/African. So how can black people be the only poor ones. As far as marcus Garveys word being bullshit, I don't think so, but I don't agree with his Africa For Africans and Europe for the Europeans.
