please, no one including welsing implied such. dr. frances cress welsing only shows that africans had a history of seperating and isolating "undesirables/untouchable". these practices produced alienation and anxiety even in 'lepers'.
from the time of ancient egypt to the present, africans have abused the albino mutant depigmented children of african women and african men.
