Since two albinos mating will not always produce another albino, what did the albino parents do with thier dark-skinned children? Was there a route by which these returned to Africa or did they set up thier own 'outcast colonies'?

What was the duration of this setting-aside/casting-away of 'mutant offspring'? When and how did it end?
