Eja, I think your post is on point and nothing you said there needs defending.
Selassielive is attempting to distract from the main points of the debates and is also trying to project improper character on the part of the few Black ones who see the dark-skin Black argument. He has been trying this all along and it has not worked. He will keep this up in the hope that some people would forget what the real debates are about and join him in bashing a few posters, especially I. He is also trying to use Ras Marcus here for support.
There is a difference between disagreeing with someone’s point of view and slandering them (by presenting deliberate distortions and claiming it is their view), then disagreeing with one’s own distortions. People do not often deliberately do that and when they are shown the evidence they acknowledge it. But what selassielive does is cold and calculated slander. I see seshatasefekht did the same and gman pulled him up on it.
The evidence of this conduct is on the board and selassielive cannot expect many to totally give up their conscience and support him there. Often selassielive says, “let us agree to disagree”, then he continues to twist and slander and uses every opportunity to do so, which clearly shows that he did not agree to disagree.
Check this:
In response to discipleofthenile on the 'Quiz - notable quotes' thread he said:
"I guess you think you look good by being a donkey."
Here you said: "When a person is not trying to reason but be a smart donkey"
*** When he alluded to discipleofthenile being a donkey he was definitely trying to insult him.
seshatasefekht said: "and now neo-niggers want to talk about 'colorism'...."
*** I guess he did not see this attempt to insult either although he is on the thread.
