No, I left in 2002 following the elections. The occasion was my aunt's wedding and my father rang me up and asked me to join him. So, it was a sudden departure. Then, we discussed it, and he asked me to stay on. I think he feared for me, I am a bit outspoken and this not safe in Zimbabwe. I am returning next year. I am in touch with home, spending a lot of money on importing snacks, music etc. I have just been chatting with my mother, she went to vote. She reports that it went well.
