the kemetians already gave reverence to the sun. It's importance was already understood.

However he implemented-mandated-ordered the sun as Supreme and ordered the closing of other temples. THAT is the poison that we face today in our tampered world/universe view. Just as we overstand today that the sun is but ONE component of what is necessary to sustain life.

By elevating just one component, you discredit the others. How about the water god? How about Nut and the whole gang of the panthenon?

And remember, Ra or Aton/Amon are masculine deities. When demoting the other deities and establishing the Sun as sole-supreme, you perform spiritual hysterectomy...same as closing the ankh loop and making it another phallic line.

The Sun if Fire. We need Earth, Water, Air and Fire.

Name a god/goddess of the Panthenon that is not needed for the Balance of All.
