*******Where did you first learn civility? ******
from folks who themselves learned passed down societal DICTATIONS/EDICTS/MANDATES issued by controllers.
But I still asked you what "civility" is? in your sights. Is it a hard question to answer?
Everyone did not come up with (blood-relative) "families". They did come up in environments that contains people FAMILIAR to them. So-called families are but those in the closest proximity and with the most familiarity. More often then not, it is of blood-relatives. But not always.
But I hate to go on a tangent. I still hope for the answer to what I asked.
