As far as I can recall, the original cause of the Rastafari movement, was and still should be, African for the Africans those at home and those abroad. To be very truthful, the Rastafari movement, actually came out of the Marcus Garvey Movement, which advocated for Africa for Africans those at home and those abroad. As a young man, I was very moved by the way the Rastafari people would speak, with convincing authority, at their regular Street meetings, which they would hold, in front of the Coronation market, along Spanish Town Road, in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.

As a very young man, I was given much hope for the future of my African race, when I used to stand up and listen to the voices, of Rastafari people, speaking of the greatness of our African race, and of our great achievement in this world, before our people were taken away into captivity. And at the same time, they were fearless in their condemnation, of the Europeans, for their brutish crimes, of slave trading activities, against African Humanity. They would shout slogans like Back to Africa now, Africa for Africans those at Home and those Abroad, Repatriation Now. They would also shout aloud, Africa and Africans must be free, from C ape to Cairo, and from Timbuctoo to the River Nile.

Europeans were blasted and burned, with Fire Lightening and Thundering with Brimestone as well as Earthquake, and other forces of Mother Nature and Father Time.
Anybody who worked within the frame work of the down pressors, was looked upon as agents of Babylon, and that included Lawyers, Doctors, Police, Judges, Prison Officers, and any one who were a part of the British System of Government, which existed at that time in the early days. All of the above category of people would also look down on the Rastafari people, and regarded them, as trouble makers and as people who were insane and have no ambition.

At no time did I see any Europeans, among the early Rastafari people, keeping meetings on the Street corners, and talking about the wrongs which their fore parents had done, against African people everywhere. The cause among Rastafari people were, Africa for Africans those at home and those abroad, and this cause were being advocated by African people, for African people, and that was what it was all about. In those days, there were no Bobo Shanti, and there was no Twelve Tribe of Isreal, as we know them to be today as we speak. I was just a young man, who was lucky, to be living in those areas of Kingston Jamaica, where all these glorious experiences, were flowing in the air.

Today I hear all that nonsensical chatter, about Europeans thinking about Repatriating to Mama Africa, but how can they Repatriate, to a place where they were never taken from in the beginning. They were the ones who have taken us away, so what is this foolish talk about Repatriation of Europeans to Mama Africa, they must go to mother Europe. According to their own story, the are the same people who invaded the Continent of Mama Africa, and disrupted our ways or life, our lively hood, our dignity, our heritage and our legacy. They also robbed Mama Africa of African human resources, as well as other natural resources. They also kidnapped our people under brutal and inhumane circumstances, across the dreadful Middle Passage, to the Western Hemisphere, where we have been in captivity, for more than five hundred years to date.

My advice to those Europeans, who are still in the activities, of invading other people’s property, is to try to cultivate some integrity, and try to behave your selves among other humanity, stop inventing all those dangerous weapons of war, and try to live peaceful among all people upon the face of this earth. Stay in Europe and teach your own people that Europe is for the Europeans, for that is where you were when you invaded Mama Africa, and scramble our land among European Nations. Do not try to be greedy, stay in Europe and leave us all as African people, to solve our own problems. Put into practice Reparation and Repatriation so that myself and others, can return home to Mama Africa, to reclaim our lands and other properties, which we left there , when we had to travel to the African Diaspora, in our Ancestor’s loins.

Repatriation is for Africans and Africans only, Africa for Africans those at home and those abroad. African people in the Rastafari movement who are still learning about this movement, ,should also stop misleading Europeans, that the can be repatriated to Africa, they can be repatriated to Europe for Europe is where they are from, but it is a very great religious mistake, to think that Europeans, can be repatriated to Africa when Africa is really for Africans those at home and those abroad.
