You are so right about some of our people of African origin, not having the intention of going back to Africa the land of their original Ancestors. The truth is that Africa today do not have much to offer, as it relates to modern social amenities, and modern living conditions. But Africa is still our original home, and although some of our own people, do not consider them selve to be African, those of us who are proud that we were created as African people, will continue to proclaim Africa for Africans those at home and those abroad.
I do not think that there will be no enforcement, but I think it will be based on conscious realization, that regardless where we were born, Mama Africa is our mother land, and the land where most of our people have lived for thousands of years. This is a very hard struggle, for people are entitle to a very good standard of living, and they are not going to leave the western hemisphere, where the social living conditions are better, materially speaking, than the situation in Mama Africa.
Anyway, there are those of us, who are of the opinion, that Mama Africa will recover from the invasion, and crimes which were committed against African humanity in the past, and that the future will bring about changes for the better, for Mama Africa and her people, and so we just make the sacrifice of keeping the struggle going, and to continue in the great works of Marcus Garvey and other African patriots who were before us.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination.
ONE BLACK LOVE ONE BLACK HEART
Baba Ras Marcus.
