There were Nubians in India who established civilizations thousands of years before the invasion by the Aryans from the North. I don't see why it would be any different in other countries, including Arabia, Palestine, etc. - it would be very interesting indeed to see how and when the Black populations and civilizations of certain areas got usurped by the marauders from the north. This would probably then answer many questions as to the Blackness of certain peoples at specific periods of time.
