Love Iyah
What the I say makes sence... good to see Idren here with biblical knowledge!
Yes, I agree with what you say. I even go further and say that the egypt influence on Israel was permanent, not only in this 400 years... because when you check world history and biblical history it teache, that the Egypts often struggled with the Israelites... so their influence must have reached far north to Israel.
But how I overstood the other brethren, he made it seem as if all biblical persons in fact were egypts... or something like that.
By the way, this was not my main problem... just one of many which I wanted to get proofed.
But JAH did not like the Idol worshipping of Egypt... in fact he like only the religious ways of Israel, as far the bible say so.
Because he showed them that they should not worship idols or things he created(sun etc), but instead the Creator.
to your other question... I see HIM growing locks when he was young. I see HIMs diet was untypical HEALTHY for Ethiopians, and I hear HIM say: “If health fails, teaching, knowledge, life itself, all comes to naught. It is indispensable, so have nothing to do with alcohol and avoid all things against which conscience speaks”.
Iman is Nazarite, sight?
