i am not talking about the technology per se, I am talking about the potentialities that exist through human communication. do you not think that your words have had impact on people's thinking - that what someone takes from your words will not spark something that is beyond the "controllers" control? That is what I was referring to by the impossibility of controlling the outcomes of human communication. You cannot square a circle.
