I have been planning to note in a future reasoning that she has and still does do extensive work in the areas of reparations and more - it is even clear in her article above - she says many things but also does not outright say another either. Those who cricize her most fiercly ( are possibly bored? they must be if they have the time to put words she never said into her mouth )... and maybe do the least in the area of reparations and repatriation movement themselves? \

Personally, in reference to Makeda its not my place to judge her in other ways, but as for the arguements made in this thread it is common knowledge and fact that she has done alot and still does. And she has the absolute right to her opinion to drastically disagree with others also without being attacked in certain sick, vile and pathetic ways. Since when can't people disagree with one another without resorting to all sorts of nastiness? She is not doing any outright harm to anyone, in fact the opposite.

She'll probably ironically benefit & help the very people who critisize and cut her down the most wickedly. It is even clear in this article for those who are not familiar with her, how she has previously and still continues to work in these areas of justice. And I doubt she does this work in order to impress or prove anything to anyone.
