Bredda Zebulon,
I also greet you in the precious and holy name of Our Lord God and Savior Yesus Kristos. I will definately e-mail you. I am also praying for the the Crown Prince Zara Yaqob to reclaim the throne for the Solomonic Line. I also have a great love for His Majesty. He was named unaimously as the Defender of the Orthodox Christian Faith by the venerable heads of all the Orthodox Churches. I have heard of the Twelve Tribes before. I hope that I have not offended you with my defense of the priests who told Ras Desta to cut his dreads. I am sure you will agree, however, that the practice ofd seeking baptism merely to get an Ethiopian name is kind of hypocritical. From what I have heard of the Twelve Tribes, you believe in Yesus Kristos as your Savior and His Majesty as a righteous King who has brought you the true Christian faith (as you indicated in your posting)> I must cling to what I have been taught by Abuna Yesehaq and the other holy fathers, and they have always followed the policy of asking the Rastas to cut their dreads when the dreads symbolize a belief that Haile Selassie is God. Also, if you remember I mentioned the Bahtawi to Ras Desta as the hermits who go into the wilderness to commit their life to God. Anyway, we'll reason more later. I have to leave this computer (public library). Please pray for me as I pray for you.
Yours in Yesus Kristos,
Nicholas
