No, there is nothing wrong or sinful about sex, but we believe that the womb of Our Lady Mary was especially prepared and purified to hold God Incarnate and after it held Him, who else could go there? This is why the Ethiopian Church refers to St. Mary as "The Second Heaven" because she held God, who holds the Universe in his hand, inside of herself. This is why, for us, the greatest of God's creations is woman (contrary to Natty Johnny's post). Through Eve we might have fallen, but through St. Mary, Our Lord Jesus entered the world and redeemed us. Wisdom! Let us attend. As for the Virgin birth, this is a miracle of God. No earthly father was necessary.
