Well, any real positive thinking person, should be able to realize, that the powers of this great universe must be near as well as far, since there are people, and trees, and birds, and animals and various other Creatures, who depends on this great powers of this universe, for everything which they are in need of, from water, to fresh air, to food, to healing and so much more.
