If we will all see this earth as our classroom, and the people and other Creatures which we meet, as both our teachers as well s our students, then learning and communication world become much easier, and our lessons will become a very joyful thing to absorb, because we will then realize that life is our true and only teacher. Our Ancestors told us that we can learn much from the animals and as a result I make it my duty to observe the manifestations in this vast Creation as much I can.
There is a set of lions who just live as a family in what is called their pride. The mother and father, children and grand children, until some of them may move on to another area for one reason or another. Then there is another set of lions, which is called rogue lions, they travel around in a gangs, and they disrupt families, they mostly gang up on the males and kill them, they also kill the children of that pride, and try to take over the lioness as their wife to have young ones of their own. Just like among mankind there are ranks of leadership among animals, and what ever the leader decides that is what will take place, or else there will be much more fighting and killings, just like among humans. Often among animals, the males will fight in the presence of the female to prove who is qualified to have the female for their mate, and as soon as the defeated is chased away, then the female will acknowledge that the victorious male, is qualifuied to protect her and her children in the future.
Community groups are formed as a result of the various attitudes which are being displayed in the communities. In most human communities of the world today, there are gangs fighting against gangs, and each of these gangs have various ranks of leadership. There are also the militaries, police, prison officers and other civic groups who also have their organizations with each person having a rank of leadership, based on their experience or qualifications, and as soon as people drop out of these groups, whether by tragedy or whatever, they are normaly replaced by others, because the human society must go on. Sometimes the masses of the people get in the cross fire of the above mentioned groups when they have conflicts and shoot outs, and sometimes the masses of the people will have a town hall meeting, and form another group out of this town all meeting, to protest the bad treatment which is being handed out to the masses of the people, and there is also ranks in leadership in these grouds, based on exerience and qualifications as well as bravery. These groups will go through various changes based on the various manifestations which takes place in the human society. Nothing is permanent in these groups, they go through changes as we live from day to day, depends on what happens from day to day. I am just creating illustrations to generate our abilities to think.
In Aincient Africa, we have what was and may still be called the Council of Elders. Now to be qualified as a member of the Council of Elders, is not just beased on your age, but is based on the community work which you have carried out, for the upliftment of the commuinty during your life time, plus your good character and your wiseful experiences. There is also rank in the Council of Elders but all of that is based on the dignify manner in which you live in, and help your commuinty to be successful. So, everything is mostly based on the abilities, experience, trustworthyness and dependabilities to be a member of the CAouncil of Elders. The Council of Elders would give good Council give to the community as it relates to good and dignify living among each other, as they live from day to day. All of the above groups will go through changes, and it is to beunderstood, that there will always be good groups as well bad groups. Just do more observation and learn more.
