I happened to be one of those Ancients who was not respected in Jamaica, I know all about being hungry and that carrot juice making, by gratering carrots, and sometimes coconut etc,I have lived it all. There were times when I left the City and ascended into the mountains to find peace meditation and inspiration.

Forgiveness is an internal sacred quality, which is controled by the great internal teacher, who lives in all humanity. It is a very valuable quality, which can help a person to forsake badness, and embrace goodness, forgiveness is generally distributed, when people change their ways from bad to good. As soon as the slave trading classes of people, correct their slave trading practices against black people, I will be one of the first person to speak on their behalf for forgivenss, but they must change their out of order attitudes, and wake up from the worthless brutish ways, and completely correct their mistakes which they have made, against the continent of Africa and her people, for the past more than five hundred years.
