I could find no reference to such definitions in any dicitonary except for this
(websters.com)
3 : free from spot or blemish: as a (1) : free from moral impurity : INNOCENT (2) : marked by the wearing of white by the woman as a symbol of purity b : unmarked by writing or printing c : not intended to cause harm d : FAVORABLE, FORTUNATE
fortunately we are smart enough to discern that when used in this form, it is not to describe race.
and
black -
4 : DIRTY, SOILED
this only references the fact that when hands are dirty they often are black in color.
6 a : thoroughly sinister or evil : WICKED b : indicative of condemnation or discredit
perhaps this one is rooted deeply in white supremecy.
however, I must offer the suggestion that since the beginning of time, black and white have symbolized good and bad, having nothing to do with skin color (or perhaps good and bad were concoctions of the white man to repress the black man???)
