First off. of course racism still exists. People are stupid. They generalize and categorize. and by doing so they ignore the fact that each is an individual.

First off what got me "all worked up" were the conclusions that were jumped to after my initial post. And the reason I was angered my Kamau Kamon's statements is that yes, he publicly called for MY extermination. Whether he meant it or not. I once said in school that I wished all the teachers dead. I was almost led out of school in handcuffs. anyway I don't see any point in arguing. I just wished to express my own beliefs (that calling for the extermination of the white race is outrageous) and I was met with great opposition based on the color of my skin rather than my words and the underlying intentions...

I believe if you look in your heart you will find that some of the white populace indeed understands that racism is a problem. However, when going to "correct" such a problem you must take the utmost care. As racism is a problem that affects us as individuals, the only way to "cure" it is through individuals. I can only hope that you will raise your children to hold a white man in the exact same respect as they would hold a black man, until he has shown reason to do otherwise. I in no way, EVER intended to discredit the FACT that racism is abound in todays society. In fact, I think if you review this thread from my post to this point you will see many instances of racism alive and well, although in this case, on the opposite side that we are used to.
