you said: "first off I don't think I have a white perspective or a white agenda."
*perspective: a. the relationship of aspects of a subject to each other and to a whole.; b. subjective evaluation of relative significance(e.g. point of view)
(websters dictionary)
you stated that you ARE "white" so tell me how is it that you could have any other perspective? did you live for a time in this life as a non'white'? yr point of view dictates yr perspective.
you said: "saying "We should kill all white poeple" is uplifting the black community?!?!"
* i was referring to yr use of the RZA lyric to attempt to support yr 'WHITE' point of view. but you can try to twist my words and their meaning if you want. 'whites' have done well at this over the years anyway.
you said: "I am a peaceful white man that has no desire to kill black people."
*and why would you want to kill black/non'white' people. the notion of superiority is dependent upon having someone to be superior over.
you said: " I don't agree with it, but this is where I have been placed and I have no choice but to deal."
*the real question then is "how are YOU dealing?" criticizing BLACK/NON'WHITE' people for how they react to over 400yrs of racism is not a very good way to 'deal'. so what are you 'dealing'? snake oil?
you said: "I am by no means miseducated."
*bredrin, all who have grown in the waste are suffering from some sort of miseducation. i was not referring to wether you graduated high school or college, besides the 'education' we are given in those institutions is designed in part to continue/support the dominant paradigm.
so much more to say but i do not have the time right now. i hope we can itinue later.
