"IF I REACH THE DAY WHEN MY WOOL TURN WHITE THE ALMIGHTY WILLING, I WILL STILL BE SAYING RAS TAFARI MAKKONEN, CROWNED EMPEROR HAILE SELASSIE I IS THE ALMIGHTY, NOT THROUGH THE VOICE OF THE BIBLE OR NUMEROUS SPEECHES, BUT THROUGH HIS EXCEPTIONAL WORKS AND FAITH WHICH IN MY OPINION STANDS OVER ALL."
this shows that ur using your OWN mind Priest and not dwelling on someone elses experiences in life, thats good.i personally dont mind if u hail his majesty.for u were inspired by his works and therefore reasoned within ur self that he is worthy of praise.but, let us not be like these folly religions that praise their god all day and not look at where it will take African people first and then humanity as a whole.for His Majesty and Garvey both wanted the same outcome for InI people, even tho they said it in diiferent ways.if ones want to Hail ones worthy of praise, let us not pass on attributes of biblical people unto them, but give them their due honor for their OWN blessed works,in this case,Rastafari Makonnen.we all have to make sure that the words of His Majesty not go to dry soil, but spring forth fruits of Self-determination,caring for Africans at home and abroad and so forth.
last but not least,in all honesty Priest,i dont think Babab wanted u to stop praisibg H.I.M,i just think he wants u to be Iscious(conscious)of other things and Patriots as well.i am aware that His Majesty is the one in your life that brought u to where u are right now,but being that he is your fondation,u should be scared to take a bite of that fruit that is awaiting you in that splendid garden.i hope u see where im coming from.Selam
