It has been said that ideas are the father and creator of all practicl activities including the telephone and the computer upon which I am presently typing this article. There was a time when the systems of computers, were only ideas in the heads of they who invented them. The towns and Cities in which we are now living, were nothing but bush and wood lands, including fruit trees as well as fruitless trees. The asphalt roads upon which we are driving today, were nothing but ideas in the heads of they who later constructed them. The cars, buses and trucks and other various kinds of vehicles which are now over crowding the roads today, causing traffic jams and accidents, were non existence, but they were ideas in the heads of they who create them.
The ideas generally comes internally, before the practical manifestation of the invention, but the ideas have to be nourished and be shared with others, before it can attract those people with the practical resources and abilities, to cause the ideas to become practical manifestions. So, now there is a need for skills training centers in our African communities everywhere, in order to get black people off the street corners, when they should be hunting for knowledge in the centers, and other black educational institutions. Now there are black people out there in the black communities, who are capable of supplying the resources needed to construct a series of skill training centers for black people, and there are also black people out there, who have the abilities to do the construction of these skills training centers. There are also people out there who possess the abilities of teaching various skills to their own people, so, the time has come for them to be considerate, and remember that they got all of their resources and knowledge from people, and they have a duty and a obligation, to share that which was shared with them, with others, so that the good baton of sharing good knowledge, can flow from generation to generation for the advancement of our people and our community.
If we are able to pass on skills and good attitudes to our people, then our communities will be better off as it relate to good order and peace of mind among our people.
So now, the ideas concerning one of our greatest need is out there, try your best to share it with others, so that it can be nourished, and be able to attract those people who have the resources and abilities, to cause the work to be manifested
everywhere where black people reside.
