When we consider the state of our African Race, socially, culturally and economically, it is the duty of all members of our race, to take a very good and serious look at our degrading living conditions everywhere, and try our best to make bold and serious efforts, to correct the degrading conditions under which we are living as a race of people. It is perfectly clear that we are not a united race of people as it relates to community upliftment, relating to the care and upliftment of our people. It is clear that we do not own much industries and as a result, we are not able to create employment for our people as much as we should, therefore, our people have to find employment with people who are not of our race, and as a result, they are being treated in slave like working conditions for slave like wages, and at the same time this kind of employment is extremely limited, and as result the masses of our people are suffering. We have not yet build any series of skill training centers as a race of people, so that our people can learn various kinds of skills to make them employable, for the upliftment of our community and our people in general. We used to have Council of Elders which were very useful in guiding our community and people, socially, culturally and economically, but now it seems like the Council of Elders today are non existence. Then with so many motherless and fatherless children running around in our community, with no adult persons to care for them and guide them, then they go astray in the wrong way, doing the wrong things, and how can they be truly given all of the blame, when in reality there is no one to guide them in the way that they should go or grow.
It is not a very good thing that there are black people killing black people on the streets and other places today, in every country where we reside, there must be some way that we can find to abolish this brutal and destructive custom. It is time for us to try to stop feeding the cemeteries with the young bodies of our people to be buried, and the prison houses with our people to be shackled and be imprisoned, for the rest of their lives. The more of our people who are gunned down, and the more of our people who are imprisoned, the more motherless and fatherless children, will be roaming the streets in our communities, with no guidiance, care and protection. Come black people get up stand up, stand up for dignity and good attitudes for your people, let us try our best to cultivate good attitudes and integrity among our people, and then pass it on from generation to generation.
Our children of today are suppose to be our teachers and African Liberators of tomorrow, let us work together to let it be.
Again I send many oceans of blessings self determination and to African people everywhere
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE
