There is a great difference in appearance between a person who is displaying anger and a person who is displaying pleasantness. The person who is displaying anger will certainly repel people, while the person who displays pleasantness is very likely to attract people unto themselves. Even if you do not see the person face to face, but you can hear him or her talking, you can easily detect in his or her voice, whether they are displaying anger or pleasantness in their tonality.
What is very unpleasant and some times very dangerous, is when two or more angry and stubborn people, lose control of their anger and are determinined to prove, that each of them can become more angrier than the other, none of them is sober or strong enough, to have some self control, and so if they are face to face, then their boiling temper takes over, and cause them to be hitting on each other, or if they are using the wild west style, they may gun down each other, which used to be called a showdown.
Even in reasoning on this forum, it appears that some people, take it as a competition of beliefs and words, so instead of using pleasant words to our brothers and sisters, we use the words which will cause our brothers and sisters, to resort to anger as a response, to the angry words which were posted to them, but that I do find to be unprofitable, because it leads to a verbal contention, and becomes a disruption of the African's classroom. There is indeed a choice which we can make, we do not have to practice verbal abuse against each other, for to every abusive word which we choose to use against each other, there are many pleasant and attractive words, which we can find to put in place, even if we disagree with the views of our brothers or sisters, we can use words which commands black respect and black unity among our people, instead of words which cultivate black disunity and black disrespect.
There is this lesson to be learned, whatever we choose to practice on a daily basis, it automatically becomes our daily habits, regardless of which fields we are working in. So, if we choose anger above tolerance and pleasantness, and put it into practice on a daily basis, that is the kind of friuts which we will reap, when our days of our harvest shall come.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
