Re: Africa For Africans Those At Home and Those Ab

I just cannot agree with the assumption of the home Affairs Minister, who in 1996, assummed and mislead our people, at that workshop, by saying no Africans were taken from Zimbabwe, to the western Hemispere in shackles, I cannot think of any African country, which did not loose African people, as a result of the brutal slave trading activities of the Arabs as well as the Europeans. As for Zimbabwe, it was so enslaved, that it was named after the criminal slave master Cecil Rhodes, do not forget that it was called Rhodesia.
That politician who was talking, was just running off his mouth, and it is a shame, that no one rebuked him publicly.

In 1996, a Home Affairs Ministry rep told us- there Americans and Jamaicans present- at a workshop hosted by the Rastafarian Community in Harare- that as there were no Slaves taken from Zimbabwe, the government was under no obligation to open the borders for any Blacks wishing to settle in Zimbabwe.

I guess he was just talking like politicians like to do, but his talk was disturbingly misleading, and that was a shame on him.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere
ONE BLACK HEART ONE BLACK LOVE
Baba Ras Marcus.
