There are some Senior Elders, who are presently living at the Shashamane land Grant in Ethiopia. These Elders are African patriots, who spend most of their lives, agitating and struggling for the liberation of Africa and Aficans everywhere. Some of them used to live in Jamaica and other parts of the Caribbean. They have this great love for Mama Africa, but they Prefer to live in Ethiopia. Since there is this 500 acres land grant, which was given by His Majesty, to African people in the Diaspora, they decide to go home and start a new life there. We have been sending them financial support for many years to the best of our abilities.

The female quarters of which we made mention that is being built, was and is still being financed by us. Recently it was brought to our attention, that the authorities, in that area, have been making marks and putting down pegs, which shows that a road will be cut through the female quarters in the future. We think that we are our brothers and sisters keeper, and that we should try to bring some attention to this situation. Good Governments, will always try to give shelter to their people, instead of destroying their houses without replacing them. The female quarters is not yet destroyed, so we are trying to find out, how will this be handled by the Ethiopian authorities. We are not here to condemn the Ethiopian Government, we are here to bring these concerns to African people, and would prefer some support for those Elders and African patriots, who are living at Shashamane Ethiopia.

I am fully aware of all the brain drain which is taking place in Mama Africa. I am also aware of all the poverty which is given to the masses of the people, as well as the luxurious life style of the leaders in Mama Africa, but all of that must change with time and Mother Nature. Since we have spent 500 years working on the Europeans plantations for Nothing, we can spend some time and self determination, trying to solve our brothers and sisters problems, as well as the great problems of sweet Mama Africa.
