I disagree with you of course because I believe it is the collective of white people that will improve race relations domestically and internationally. You can become altruistic internally as much as you want, but as long as you do not encourage the mass intellectual, cultural and political uprising of your people against the corporate tax-cheating politicians your governments you still will be providing aid to them. You see we, black folks, know how to truly organize to achieve justice and democracy! It started form the resistance is in our own spirits, I agree, it became fruitful with the Haitian revolution, the sophisticated movement against slavery and colonization, the 20th Century movement for civil rights and Black Empowerment. We know how to struggle and die for justice.
But you want a spirit of voluntarism within. In fact, you are being lazy or frightened like the majority of white Australia or America. If you do not see black Africans are the most victims of systematic economic exploitation, class exploitation, racism, police brutality, unwarranted incarceration and death penalty, anti-immigration prejudice and Imperialism in this World, then you have the right to assist the Aboriginal Australians, the Maoris -those "non-Africans", or whatever minorities you want. Never mind really.
