I am in general agreement with this.

However, I do not think that serious Blacks want to be ‘equal’ to Whites. They just want to be their best without having to deal with the annoying and distracting habits of privileged ones who feel they are entitled to be in everything, and to dominate all activities. The destructive conduct associated with unaddressed racism/inferior and superior complexes attempts to block the progress of Blacks at every turn.
