Going on technicalities gets us nowhere. Dogmatic interpretation of Rastafari will lead us down the same road of blind rites and rituals that has been trodded by many a 'religion'. Rastafari is also about embracing Africa, as much as the love of HIM. Don't trod on the African traditions of the duality of the masculine/feminine. I'm not chanting it, but simply defending each one's rights. Who are we to INSIST that God is masculine. If you believe in God manifesting as flesh, nothing prevented it being a feminine manifestation. Oneness.
