It is good to see so many of my idrens agree with me. I believe the bible is just a book, which we know was put together by the Romans. In the bible there are many lessons to be learned. But our early leaders did look at the bible critically. They didn't claim to be Christians in the sense of just incorporating Selassie into Christianity. I've found that many Christians nowadays who want to wear Rastafari crown try to mix the two. Rastafari live by the KRST principle, so in that way, we are the ancient Christians. We are not a sect of Christianity, even our Orthodox Rastafari are not accepted as Christian by the church, so we should not try to move our livity under the banner of the slavemasters' religion.
