* that is a very interesting observation, and probably something many white americans don't get - what SEEMS to be revolutionary for us is actually a tried and true method in other areas of the world for maintaining power. it is a necessary step to MAINTAIN the empire in the face of a majority world of color, and the changing demographic of the once white majority u.s.
