The Out of Africa "theory" really has been proven genetically has it not, any fossils finds are now just a few pieces missing in the puzzle are they not?

The earth suffered a major catastrophe in mankind's living memory, evidenced in both verbal and oral traditions. This changed the whole earth's climate which is still happening and escalating albeit by man's intervention, we know.
THE WORLDWIDE FLOOD?
Science as yet does not support this yet these traditions do. What is your knowledge on this?
