The PROCLIMATION Which killed oromo language,religion and culture.
The following proclimation was translated to english by my self from an Amharic news paper called 'Mybal" dated Saterday January 27, 2001. The news paper refer to an old document in a former department of Social Life development under file number 146/46 June 15 1956. 45 years ago the then leaders planed ways of how to eradicate others identity.

Security gurds training schools

" There are already in existence training schools which are running by police department which are located in provinces and Addis Abeba. This training should be carried on according to all the regulations which are already at place. But those individuals who are going to be employed as security guards should be christians, should read and write Amharic and must be an Amhara.It is must that , a necessary care be given to the matter.

2. In order to expand the christian orthodox religion which is state religion through out Ethiopia, it is must to have unity among religion leaders and there should be a good will among the cardials(papasat) as to struggle for this end and perish priests should support the cause.

3. Governmnet in order to attract the pagans and muslims to this spirit should use tactics. As we can see from traditions, the local chiefs who are rulers of villages and districts are seeking to have some type of relation with governors through different rituals like asking to be godfather to one of their family members. When some one approached for such relations one has to receive them happly. He should also include some speeches or sermons related to religion which can inspire others to do the same. Such spirit ecouraged the spirit of closeness and should be given attention.
The only way social life with these people can develop and strengthen is through the action of the chiefs who takes to concidiration other people of Ethiopia who live separated from religion and improve their current status through education, baptism and through marriage to the feudal daughters in both direction and step by step by assimilating them with Amhara and Tifgire group. Governors by ignoring the background of the people should encourage intemarriage which in turn can develop the spritual thought and this in generations can help the develpment of good social life.
If a christian and a person who is honest to his country assimilate himself into this families and get recognition, and if he is matured in spirit no foreign politics can win him and he can be redeemer for his countrys, unity.
Those religion leaders who can express themselves well and can convince people easily should be deployed as to expand christianity. When ever there is a new convert there should be one from Amhara tribe who should be his godfather. Good preachers with their spritual strength can bless most. Based on this, it is important to prepare people who got a good will tor this job, and send them. Through this strategy it is easy to gather high yield and the details should be studied and how to preach itself need more guidance.
On basic ideas concerning the training schools are based on the main aim of preaching the orthodox christian faith. With this it is important to give education on different vocations including handicraft, agriculture, and health. The only way Amharic language can get stengthen and develop is not only through acadamic alon. It should also be included in work places and with matters which can bring people together as well as preaching it on radio. For this reason, on some selected stations radios which are running by batteries should be distributed and films should be seen.
The only way the unity of Ethiopeia can be seen and its strenth can be felt is only when the good will of the government as to establish good governance which are published as announcements and regulations are read by the people. This right of knowing can help to protect its right and help him in development steps and all shall be true only if Amharic is expanded and widely used as to express once self to another. The only way convenient for some one to punish for his transgressions before the court of law is only if the person can read and understand the rules. The only way to import civilization or to compare on civilization with another is only if other languages are crushed and replaced by one mother language and lade by that. Religion, language, bad culture again can only be corected by religion and race only when uniting langage is stengthened . This be true only if education is expanded all over.
