Re: Is Africa overpopulated?
In Response To: Re: Is Africa overpopulated? ()

- The only active force that arises out of possession is fear of losing the object of possession. Kemitian proverb.

- The secret of life is motion and rest. Kahlil Gibran

Rules to live by. It has taken me a long time to realize that what I'm seeking I already had, and judging from the confessions of many of my friends, I imagine the same is true for most of the people who live unconsciously in the waste.

So why do we waste the better part of our lives caught up in the lifestyle of the vampires. They've sold us their truth and stolen our dreams.

We’ve left our culture behind in pursuit of a lifestyle that will never be satisfying, because we are of a different Ntr.

We left our civilized lives in pursuit of their barbarism. If there was something wrong with the way we lived, why are there so many Europeans retiring to the places we left and usurping our cultural traditions?

We didn’t need drought and faming to tell us that over-exploitation of the land would cause it to die. We understood nature’s cycles, because our elders had left us the knowledge of their experience. We knew to take from nature only what was needed to sustain life, and no improvement/advancement (code named: Progress) was worth the risk of the future.

We need to reverse the trend. Africans in the Diaspora can do no greater good than return to their place of origin, and be an example to the new generation of Africans so they can understand and appreciate the lifestyle and cultural traditions bequeathed them by their ancestors
