So after Ras Tafari Makonnen gave his famous liberation speech in 1963, on behalf of African people everywhere, as a result of the grievious and brutal crimes; which were being committed against African people, at home in Mama Africa, and abroad in the African Diaspora, did the Europeans take heed and change their ways, as it relate undermining African people and their governments, as it relates to torturing and killing African leaders in their prisons?.
Oh no, it was business as usual. Patrice Lumumba and others were murdered, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, and many others who were not well known Internationally were murdered, and those who were not murdered were tortured and imprisoned, because they dare to stand up for the rights of African people everywhere.

Today as we try to reason about the conditions of African people, the continent of Africa and her people at home and abroad, are still not totally liberated, Reparations have not been paid, Repatriation have been ignored by Europeans and therefore not yet implemented, compensation has not been paid, for the crimes which were committed against Mama Africa and her people, and yet there are Europeans, who are trying to use Ras Tafari Makonnen Speech UNTIL, as an invitation, to hang around black people's villages, instead of trying to proclaim to their own people in their own villages, that some crimes were committed against African humanity, and therefore, obligations are owed to African people by Europeans, and the Just thing to do, is to correct the mistakes, which have been going on for more than five hundred years.

African people are a very loving set of people, and they also practice the great principle of forgiveness, but people can not be forgiven until they stop doing the wrong things which they are doing. How can you continue to downpress and destroy my people, and at the same time, expect to come to my village, and eat and drink, and smoke, and laugh and talk with me, as if all is well in the world in which we live?
If your people are making trouble in the world, it is your responsibility to work with them and educate them to change, it may be difficult but it may not be impossible. We as African people are already living in a state of poverty, as a result of the robberies, which were carried out against us. We are already very busy trying to liberate Mama Africa and our people. We are not able to carry any more burden, so it would do us good, if you would just stay with your own people, and try to teach them that they were and are still wrong, to be holding African people in captivity, for more than five hundred years.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
