I&I don't have to include them. That's what closed meetings are for. That's what Nyahbinghi used to be. Also, in the EWF Constitution and By-laws, membership is open to "We the black people" only. So, when a black organization sets a policy such as that and stands on it, then problem solved.
On the other hand, there will always be whites seeking to"right the wrong" by way of atonement. They don't have to be included in anything. All they have to do is make their offerings of atonement.
