HRU ok, to my overstanding, omnipotent means all powerful...there is no power that can be manifested greater than.
So let me assume that God created this stone with all of the maximized infinite power that there is...in that case, NO he would not be "able" to lift it...but it is not about "able" actually, it is about the creation being as maxed out as him. So there would be complete balance...the stone would not overpower him but neither would he overpower (lift) the stone.
Now of course, this discounts the fact that this omnipotent power must be accounted for within the force of gravity.
In my opinion, this is probably an unanswerable/uncomprehendable riddle.
