most public and university libraries are equiped withe internet access these days in amorica. most grass roots organizations that i am affiliated withe has the same.

i know that almost two years ago, when 'boondocks' was repeatedly taken out and hacked because of oversaturation of undesirables(cointelpro and other 'haters').
