I agree with the points you put foward. Before starting out though, I feel we should wait and see what the moderators of this site have to say. If they wish to play a part, then they will say so, and if not, we will have to proceed a different way.
As far as resources, I have PC, printer, Microsoft Publisher, and Photoshop. For what we've been talking about, these or anything similar will do for now.
Till we're ready to go, at the very least we can still exchange ideas. For example, particular skills : who is good at graphics?
