well i do think that it is important for us to take even small steps toward educating people on the realities and opposing views which exist in this world. i understand that their will be difficulties and many forces which will not want us to succeed but what of it. forward ever and backward never. there is indeed a great deal of subversive and alternative media on the web, but the people that need this information the most either don't have the internet (access) or do not find it neccessary to put forth the effort to seek out the knowledge. i have been informed greatly by many on this site and at the very least been encouraged to further question and discuss topics which matter a great deal to me, and i feel that if we have the ability to create a dialogue with a large group or community of people then it is important that we do so. especially when really all it takes most is time. i am willing to put forth my time and effort for such projects that will inform people beyond the ish they hear on the 5o'clock news. yes revolution is a very strong word and probably a bit too grandiose for what is being proposed here, however we must not underestimate the value of even seemingly minimal contributions and efforts toward forward advancement. did Rosa Parks plan to "incite a revolution" or was she just tired? even if this proposal never sees the light of day was it not better to have discussed it and made an attempt or to just do nothing at all. i think that this idea brought out by the minds of those on this board should grow organically. it should start small and remain humble. it should be free. it should be able to be downloaded by most anyone who wishes to do so, with the hope that they make copies and distribute it as best they can. if people continue to wait for that one great and absolute plan that is without fault we will not advance. however if i bring a brick and you bring a brick one day we will have a house. no the revolution will not be televised as gil scott said, nor will it be summed up in pamphlets which will litter many floors and be tossed to many garbage cans. But i fear that we are as the last poets said,"scared of revolution".
