This is my point -- European Egyptologists, not seeking what I&I seeking, explain this as a picture of som SYMBOLIC ritual, not understanding the real meaning. So there are some today who look at some of the heiroglyphics, like the ankh, and are clueless as to its rel uses. I just bought an encylcopedia of Egypt the other day and referring to this picture, it says that the figures are holding a container containing a snake!!!! Go figure!
