HAIL INI FATHER, HAIL SELLASSIE 1

Greetings;

this is a healthy topic.
within this trod there are different levels of strees, real culture, economic stability,etc. so we must allow every man to live the best way he can; itals might not always be accessible; or his level of stress might force him to seem addicted to cigarette, for ex.
Even sometimes we see people using the most unsafe health method and still live for a long time.My grand mother lived to 105years and used to smoke tobacco only at night.
On the other hand we see that the system is on a quest with very little regard for the consequences. ...dire poverty, malnutrition and desolation on one hand; over indulgence, obessity and power- drunkenness on the other.
RasTafari is asking and working towards a balance in all aspects of this iwa.
For all of INI who search, the writing is on the wall.
Within the tradition, fasting and praying is one avenue to overcome any sort of addiction;Alittle beer is good for the kidney, but we should avoid indulging.When the commercial cigarettes start to threaten the health,then it is for the one to fast and pray about any habit that threatens the physical and spiritual well being.
INI choose the Ital Livity.
Give thanks
